I don’t have a 6-week block of time to commit right now, is there another option?

Yes, there is. You can start the course and then take a 1 week break at any point for pre-planned trips, as long as you are happy to keep working on the things you’ve learned before taking the break you’ll still be making progress, we can then pick up when you’re back and keep progressing through the course.

However, I don’t advise taking more than 1 week off from the course as a key component of our work together will be based on building consistency in the habits you learn about in sessions to get the results you want.

I don’t have Skype or Facetime, how will the lessons be taught?

The content for each lesson will be emailed to you in advance of the lesson starting, as long as you can have the content to hand during the session (on mobile, laptop, tablet or printed out) the lesson can be taught by phone.

I don’t have a smartphone, how can I use the App to message you and track my progress?

You can still download and access the Coaching App from a tablet device that has either Apple or Android software.

Alternatively, we can also keep in contact throughout the course duration via email.
